Problem Occurs in Application

Cannot register any setting in Favorite Setting in AccurioPro Print Manager.

The setting items may not be available in Favorite Setting.

Configure settings for each job.

Favorite Setting

Cannot access the hot folder of this machine.

Is the IP address of the machine prefixed by “\\”?

Type the following into the address field, and press the Enter key.
\\<IP address of the machine>

Cannot access PageScope Web Connection in Microsoft Edge.

Is Cookie enabled?

Check the setting of the computer you are using.
Select UTILITY (…) - Settings - View advanced settings - Cookie, and select Don't block cookies.

Cannot access PageScope Web Connection after entering the IP address of the machine.

Is the access allowed in the setting of the machine?

The access is not allowed when:

• PSWC Settings of Network Setting is set to OFF;

• PSWC Setting of Quick Security Setting is set to Disable;

• the Enhanced Security mode is activated; or

• the Web browser installed on the control panel is used.

Web Utilities Does Not Start

Is the Web Utilities function enabled in Quick Security Setting?

On the UTILITY screen, select Quick Security Setting, and check whether Web Utilities Setting is set to ON.

WebUtilities Setting
