Overview of the [JOB LIST] Screen

The [JOB LIST] screen has the eight types described below.

Description

[Hold Job] screen

Displays when [Hold Job] is pressed on the [JOB LIST] screen. It allows you to output, duplicate, or delete hold jobs and provides HDD Store and Job Edit functions.

[Secure Job] screen

Displays when [Secure Job] is pressed on the [JOB LIST] screen. The print job sent from the PS Plug-in driver and PCL driver of the computer is stored. You can edit print jobs saved as secure job. To print, press [Output] on the [Secure Job] screen. When printing is complete, the saved print job is deleted.

[Reserved Job] screen

Displays when [Reserved Job] is pressed on the [JOB LIST] screen. It provides a listing of the current status of printing, suspended, or reserved jobs, and allows you to check or delete the details of each job. For reserved jobs, you can change the printing order.

[Schedule] screen

Displays when [Schedule] is pressed on the [JOB LIST] screen. It shows the jobs listed on the [Reserved Job] screen using job bars. It also allows you to change the order of reserved jobs from the job bar display, or to change the paper tray specified for a reserved job.

[Spool] screen

Displays when [Spool] is pressed on the [JOB LIST] screen. Displays the status of spool jobs such as Receiving print job or Wait for RIP. If [Hot Folder Function] is set to [Enable], you can check, delete or change the order of the print jobs in the hot folder.

[Output Hist.] screen

Displays when [Output Hist.] is pressed on the [JOB LIST] screen. It provides a listing of output history. You can check the details of output jobs.

[Send History] screen

Displays when [Send History] is pressed on the [JOB LIST] screen. It provides a listing of send history. You can check the details of send jobs.

[Incomp. Hist.] screen

Displays when [Incomp. Hist.] is pressed on the [JOB LIST] screen. It provides a listing of incomplete jobs.
