Hot Folder List

The Hot folder list displays the hot folder registered on this machine.

The hot folder list can contain up to 100 hot folders.

Description

[No.]

Displays the registration number of the hot folder.

[Hot Folder Name]

Displays the hot folder name registered on this machine.

[Status]

Displays the editing status of the hot folder.

Editing: The job is being edited using Job Centro or PageScope Web Connection.

Processing: Data saving is in progress.

[Share]

Shows that hot folder sharing is enabled or disabled.

[Authentication User]

Displays the user name set to the hot folder.

[Print Mode]

Displays the output settings of the original that is imported to the hot folder.

"Normal", "Proof", " Proof(1st Sheet) ", or "Wait" is displayed as the print mode.

[Output Method]

Displays the output method of the original that is imported to the hot folder.

"Print", "Print/Hold", "Hold", "Print/HDD Store", "HDD Store", or "Secure Print" is displayed as the output method.

[Delete Printed File]

Displays whether to delete the original imported to the hot folder after processing has been completed or to deploy it in the Done folder in the same hot folder.

[Print Setting Priority]

Displays whether to give priority to the job settings assigned to the original or the hot folder settings when the original imported in the hot folder is configured according to the file type with job settings.

[Date Modified]

Displays the date and time when the hot folder was updated.

To adjust the display width of the column, double-click on the boundary between items on the item bar. The display width of the column is automatically adjusted according to the longer character strings: the strings of the item name or the strings of the item in the list. The adjusted display width is stored for each connected printer and it is maintained after a restart.

To sort the data by item, click the header of the column. You can switch between ascending order and descending order by clicking.
