Configuration of [Job Centro] Screen

Menu

(Printer Information)

Displays the device name of the printer currently connected.

[Printer Status]

Displays the status of the machine.

For details, refer to Printer Status.

[HDD]

Displays in graph form and in numerical values the used amount and the free space for copy and RIPed data used for the job, and also those for Pre-RIP data, scan, and form. The number of the hold jobs is also displayed.

[Toner]

Displays the toner level with icon.

[Paper Tray]

Displays the paper tray, paper size, and the remaining amount of paper (icon) set in the machine. For details about how to see the icon display, refer to Printer Information Screen.

[Job Information]

Displays the preview of the hold job. For details, refer to Job Information.

[Printer Information]

Displays the [Printer Information] screen. For details, refer to Printer Information Screen.

[Job History]

Displays the [Job History] screen. For details, refer to Job History Screen.

[Hot Folder]

Opens the hot folder management screen.

[Color Centro]

Starts Color Centro. If Color Centro is not installed on your computer, it does not start.

[Active Job]

The following jobs are listed:

  • Job in the print queue that is printing

  • Job in the print queue that is waiting to be printed.

  • Job that is ripping

  • Job that is waiting to be RIPed.

[Hold Job]

Lists the hold jobs. For details, refer to Operation of Hold Jobs.

[Secure Job]

Lists the secure jobs. For details, refer to Secure Job Operations.

[HDD Job]

Lists the jobs in the HDD. For details, refer to HDD Job Operations.

Current Destination

Displays the IP address of the machine currently connected.
