Outputting a print job saved on the HDD

  1. Press RECALL on the [touch panel].

  2. When the target print job is in the [root directory], select it.

    If the target print job is in the folder displayed in the [root directory], select the folder, then enter the password specified for the folder. Select a target print job from the folder list.

    If the target print job is in the User Box displayed in the folder, select the User Box, then enter the password specified for the User Box. Select a target print job from the User Box list.

  3. Press [Recall].

    The recall and output method dialog box is displayed.

  4. Select [Print], then select one from [Normal], [Proof], [Proof(1st)], and [Wait] in [Output Method to Print].

    • You can output and hold a print job saved on the HDD or hold such a print job without outputting it.

  5. Enter the number of copies using the keypad on the control panel.

  6. Press [OK] in the recall and output method dialog box.

    The selected print job is output.
